Insurance Advisor – Field Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and networking.
• Meet customers and understand their insurance requirements.
• Explain and promote suitable insurance products such as Motor, Health, Life, Term, Fire, and other insurance policies.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and assist customers with documentation.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers for renewals and additional insurance requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal team and insurance companies for policy issuance, renewals, and customer support.
• Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field work and meeting customers.
• Sales experience in insurance, banking, automobile, or financial services will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
