Restaurant General Manager

Nineteenth May is a premium resto-bar, catering and events brand in Mohali, running since 2019. We cater large corporate events (up to 1,100 guests) and run a busy two-floor restaurant with private dining. We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run complete restaurant and bar operations - service, kitchen coordination, housekeeping and maintenance

- Own sales and revenue targets: walk-ins, private dining, parties and corporate catering

- Control P&L, food and beverage cost, wastage and daily cash/POS reconciliation

- Lead, hire, train and roster the full team; set KRAs and review performance

- Guarantee guest experience; handle feedback, complaints and Google/Zomato reviews

- Ensure FSSAI, excise, hygiene and safety compliance

- Plan promotions, festive events and local marketing with the founder

- Share daily and monthly MIS reports with management

Who we want:

- 5+ years in restaurant / hotel F&B operations, at least 2 years as Restaurant Manager or above

- Hotel management diploma/degree preferred

- Strong team leader with sales mindset, good English and Hindi/Punjabi

- Comfortable with POS (Petpooja), Excel and cost control

What we offer:

- Salary Rs 45,000 - 50,000 per month

- Duty meals, 1 weekly off
