About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Female Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close property deals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with prospective real estate customers.
• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and site visits.
• Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.
• Stay updated on local property market trends, projects, pricing, and competition.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
• Professional attitude with good client-handling skills.
• Comfortable with calling, meetings, and property site visits.
• Knowledge of the Mohali/Chandigarh real estate market will be an advantage.
