Sales & Marketing Executive

Taamra Yug Ayurveda Hospital & Research Centre, Mohali is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our offline marketing and brand activation team.

The role involves building Taamra Yug’s presence across Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula and Zirakpur through offline marketing, partnerships, community outreach and brand awareness activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Approach corporates, IT offices, societies, schools, colleges, gyms, wellness centres and community groups.
• Generate and follow up on leads and partnerships.
• Arrange awareness meetings, camps and wellness/brand activation activities.
• Coordinate with the Taamra Yug team for execution.
• Build relationships and expand our local community.
• Explore new offline marketing opportunities.
• Bring and execute fresh marketing ideas.
• Generate product awareness and sales through your assigned unique QR/code.

Compensation:

💰 ₹8,000–₹10,000/month + 2% incentive on eligible product sales

🎯 Average earning potential through incentives: around ₹10,000/month, depending on performance.

A unique QR/code will be provided to track your sales online, ensuring transparent incentive calculation.

Location: Mohali, with field work across Tricity.

We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, good with people, proactive and comfortable with field work and marketing activities.

Freshers with relevant practical exposure and candidates with experience in sales, marketing, business development or field work can apply.
