Job Description
- Handle and coordinate ongoing construction projects at the site.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Regularly visit project sites and monitor day-to-day progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per architectural drawings and specifications.
- Check quality of construction, materials, finishing, and workmanship.
- Understand drawings and communicate requirements clearly to the site team.
- Coordinate architectural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior-related works.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up with contractors and vendors.
- Prepare site updates, measurements, reports, and project-related documentation.
- Handle client requirements and coordinate revisions when required.
- Ensure proper communication between office and site teams.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects effectively.
