Job Description
Job Description:
- Handle posting across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Upload reels, posts, carousels, stories, and community posts as per content calendar
- Ensure correct captions, hashtags, tagging, and formatting before publishing
- Maintain strict consistency in daily posting
- Respond to all comments and DMs in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively engage with followers and relevant pages to increase reach and visibility
- Identify and forward potential leads to the sales team
- Track daily/weekly performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
- Coordinate with video editors and content team for smooth content execution
- Maintain a daily reporting sheet of activities and results
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Good written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Detail-oriented and highly disciplined
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic scheduling tools
- Ability to work consistently and meet daily targets
