Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Tandoori Chef who can prepare high-quality North Indian and Tandoori dishes while maintaining taste, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of Tandoori and North Indian dishes.
• Handle and operate the tandoor safely and efficiently.
• Prepare marinades, sauces, chutneys, and other required ingredients.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and tandoor area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely food preparation.
• Check the quality and freshness of raw materials.
• Manage kitchen work efficiently during busy hours.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef / Sous Chef.
• RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience as a Tandoori Chef.
• Good knowledge of Tandoori and North Indian cuisine.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Team player with good discipline and work ethics.
• Relevant hotel/restaurant experience will be preferred.
