Job Description

Telecaller Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives


Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding visa-related services.
  • Explain available services and basic eligibility information to interested clients.
  • Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand clients’ requirements and schedule appointments with the counsellor.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Generate and qualify leads and achieve monthly calling/conversion targets.
  • Build good relationships with clients through professional and polite communication.


Requirements

  • Good convincing and follow-up skills.
  • Sales/customer-handling experience will be an advantage.
