JD for Client Relationship Executive

A tele caller initiates or receives phone calls to promote services, generate leads, or provide customer support, acting as the voice of a company. Key responsibilities include operating CRM software, managing databases, following scripts, and closing sales, necessitating strong communication skills, patience, and persuasion. 

Key Responsibilities :

Outbound/Inbound Calls: Making calls to prospective leads and receiving calls from existing customers.

Sales & Promotion: Explaining service features, benefits, and pricing to drive sales and achieve targets.

Customer Support: Addressing customer queries, complaints, and grievances effectively.

Data Management: Updating customer details and call outcomes in the company database or CRM system.

Following Scripts: Utilizing provided scripts to communicate company offers effectively. 

Requirements & Skills :

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident, polite tone.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet surfing.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, persuade, and handle objections.

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is usually preferred, Freshers also welcome.

Education: Generally a high school diploma or equivalent, with degree holders sometimes considered.

Performance Metrics: Success is often measured by the number of calls, leads generated, or sales closed.

Working Conditions: Requires sitting for long periods, wearing headsets, and potentially working in fixed day shift.
