Job Summary

Oorjaah is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who can handle hot calling, communicate with potential clients, follow up on leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to convert interested leads into scheduled meetings.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Make hot calls to potential clients and interested leads.
• Contact leads and explain the company's products or services.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team or management.
• Confirm meeting dates and timings with clients.
• Maintain daily calling records and update lead status in Excel or CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure scheduled meetings are conducted.
• Handle client queries professionally and maintain good relationships.
• Follow up on missed calls, pending leads, and scheduled appointments.
• Achieve daily calling and meeting-booking targets.

3. Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in making calls and speaking with clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
• Ability to schedule meetings and coordinate with clients.
• A positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Prior telecalling, sales, or customer-handling experience will be an advantage.
