Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to produce engaging, high-quality video content for digital marketing, social media, websites, advertisements, and other communication channels. The candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, editing techniques, trends, and brand guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and produce high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and social media creatives.
• Edit long-form videos, interviews, presentations, corporate videos, and marketing content.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, SEO, and design teams to understand content requirements.
• Convert raw footage, scripts, and creative concepts into engaging video content.
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, graphics, animations, and visual effects as required.
• Ensure videos follow the company's brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
• Create multiple versions/formats of videos for different platforms and advertising requirements.
• Select appropriate footage, music, images, and visual elements to improve storytelling.
• Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics.
• Review and implement feedback from management and internal teams.
• Keep up to date with current video trends, editing styles, social media formats, and audience preferences.
• Organize and maintain video project files, footage, assets, and archives.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Good understanding of motion graphics, transitions, color correction, sound editing, and subtitles.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong sense of timing, composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of current social media video trends.
• Ability to work with raw footage and transform it into polished final content.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Experience creating video ads for Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Basic knowledge of AI-based video and creative tools.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree/diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
