About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, ads, and YouTube content.
• Create engaging short-form videos with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Add transitions, text animations, sound effects, music, subtitles, and other visual elements.
• Edit and enhance footage to maintain WIPRZ's brand identity.
• Work with the marketing team to create content for campaigns and promotions.
• Select suitable music, footage, and visual effects according to the content.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and aspect ratios such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
• Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final exports.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats.
• Requirements1+ year of experience in video editing preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound design, and color correction.
• Knowledge of social media content and current Reel/Shorts trends.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Preferred SkillsMotion graphics and animation.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Color grading.
• Experience creating performance marketing/video ads.
• Knowledge of AI video/image editing tools.
