• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients regarding visa and immigration services.
• Understand clients’ requirements, qualifications, and travel or immigration goals.
• Provide accurate information about available visa categories, eligibility criteria, documentation, and procedures.
• Counsel clients regarding suitable visa options based on their profile.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
• Convert qualified leads into clients by explaining services professionally and addressing queries.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and applications.
• Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth case handling.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with company services, visa procedures, and relevant immigration requirements.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of visa/immigration services will be an advantage.

Key ObjectiveTo generate and convert leads, counsel clients effectively, and assist them throughout the visa consultancy process while maintaining professional communication and customer satisfaction.
