Job Description

Immigration Telecaller – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding visa and immigration services.
  • Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, and available opportunities.
  • Handle client inquiries and follow up with interested candidates.
  • Schedule appointments for visa counsellors.
  • Maintain client records and update call details.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Provide professional customer service and coordinate with the immigration team.

Skills Required: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and proficiency in Hindi and English. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
