To deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences that reflect the standards of a 5-star property by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and seamless food and beverage service across restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & ExperienceWelcome guests warmly, escort to tables, and present menus in line with brand service standards.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergen information.
• Serve food and beverages using correct service techniques (tray service, silver service, plating presentation) as per outlet SOPs.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer recommendations, upsell premium items, and ensure timely course progression.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, apply service recovery steps, and escalate when required.
• Operations & ComplianceSet up and break down service areas (mise-en-place) according to daily briefings and event orders.Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.
• Operate POS systems accurately for order entry, billing, split checks, room charges, and cash handling.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP / local food safety regulations).
• Ensure correct use and care of service equipment, glassware, cutlery, and linen.
• Teamwork & SupportCoordinate closely with kitchen, bar, stewarding, and front office to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in training new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and SOPs.
• Complete opening/closing checklists, side work, and assigned administrative duties.
• Participate in daily briefings, trainings, and hotel initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification/diploma preferred.
