Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Executives to join Bajaj Capital in Motihari. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, explaining financial products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers.
• Explain Bajaj Capital's financial products and services to customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass & Above
• Age: 19–31 Years
• Both Male & Female candidates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidate must have a Two-Wheeler and a valid Driving Licence (DL) or Learning Licence (LL).
• Candidates should reside within 10 KM of the job location.
