Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesVisit

  • customer and project sites for installation, inspection, and service support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at site.
  • Handle maintenance and repair of solar systems and related equipment.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of equipment.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain proper service records.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Travel to different project sites as required.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of electrical/electronic systems.

  • Basic knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and electrical equipment.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field work.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
