Job Description

24 hours patient care at home

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Give oral medications as prescribed
  • Urine bag change
  • Colostomy care
  • Perform Ryle’s tube feeding
  • Diaper changing
  • Record vitals every 3 hours
  • IV care and fluids
  • Pain oil application (mobility)
  • Basic hygiene and Grooming: Nail trim, hair care, sponge or full bath Bathe or sponge-clean the patient, assist with grooming
  • Patient-area upkeep: - Change bed sheets & clean bedpan, used basins, immediate area hygiene
  • Log all supplies used and notify coordinator when low
