Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D Draftsman – MEP Services to prepare accurate technical drawings and layouts for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The candidate will work closely with engineers and project teams to develop drawings as per project requirements and standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare 2D MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting layouts as required.
• Develop detailed plans, sections, elevations and schematic drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings and working drawings based on engineering designs.
• Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings.
• Make revisions and modifications based on engineer/client comments.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain proper drawing formats, layers, dimensions and documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams and engineers for drawing-related requirements.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site changes and actual installations.
• Maintain drawing records and revision history.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
• Basic understanding of MEP services and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting drawings will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
• Good knowledge of drawing standards, dimensions and layouts.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• QualificationITI / Diploma in Draftsman, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field.
• Relevant experience in MEP drafting will be preferred.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in preparing MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings.
• Knowledge of construction/site execution is an added advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
