3D Designer

Job Summary:

We are a 13 years young event and exhibitions management agency. We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing exhibition stalls and event stages. As a 3D Designer, you will conceptualize, model, and visualize exhibition layouts, stages, and event environments. You will work closely with client servicing and the creative team to bring ideas to life and ensure that designs meet both creative and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Design for Events & Exhibitions:
• Design innovative and visually compelling 3D models and renderings for exhibition stalls, event stages, and trade show displays.
• Create detailed 3D visualizations and walkthroughs of event spaces to help clients visualize the event experience before execution.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the design concept aligns with the client’s branding, objectives, and event requirements.
• Event Layouts & Floor Plans:
• Create detailed floor plans and layouts for events, ensuring proper spatial arrangement, guest flow, and functionality.
• Develop technical drawings for installation and production teams, including dimensions and materials.
• On-Site Design Support:
• Support the production and installation teams during the setup of exhibition booths, event stages, and installations.
• Be available to troubleshoot any design-related issues that arise during the execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Presentation Preparation:
• Create and design engaging presentations and pitch materials using 3D renderings and visuals to present to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Present concepts and design ideas effectively, articulating the design intent and technical details.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 4-5 years of experience as a 3D Designer with a focus on designing exhibition stalls, event stages, and trade shows.
• Proven track record in creating 3D designs for events, exhibitions, and live experiences.
• Proficiency in 3D Design Software:
• Strong working knowledge of 3ds Max
