RoleWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, payments, collections and financial reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, bank and ledger entries.
• Prepare and file GST returns, including calculation and reconciliation of GST.
• Handle TDS calculations, payments and returns.
• Manage ESIC and PF compliance and filings.
• Assist with / independently handle finalisation of accounts, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain receivables.
• Process and make vendor payments and maintain payable records.
• Prepare and manage E-Way Bills and related documentation.
• Handle import/export documentation and accounting, including coordination with relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of all accounting and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, clients and vendors as required.
• Desired Skills & Experience3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ESIC, PF and routine statutory compliance.
• Experience in finalisation of accounts, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Good knowledge of import/export documentation and E-Way Bills.
• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
• Experience with E-commerce accounting, marketplaces and related transactions will be an advantage.
• Good communication and follow-up skills, particularly for collection of outstanding payments.
• Should be organised, detail-oriented, responsible and capable of working independently.
