Accountant

*Key Responsibilities* 

- *Bookkeeping & Tally*: Maintain complete accounting records in Tally Prime. Pass daily entries for sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.

- *GST Compliance*: File monthly GSTR 

- *Income Tax & TDS*: Calculate and file TDS returns, quarterly TDS returns, and assist with income tax.

- *Daily Cash & Bank Management*: Record daily cash sales from vehicle transactions, maintain petty cash book, handle bank reconciliations, and manage customer/vendor payments.

- *Sales & Purchase Accounting*: Raise invoices for vehicle sales, account for RTO, insurance, and other charges. Maintain vendor records for cars purchased.

- *Reconciliation*: Monthly reconciliation of debtors, creditors, bank statements, and stock vs sales for vehicles.

- *MIS & Reporting*: Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and expense reports for management using Excel. Track per-vehicle profit margins.

- *Other Compliance*: Assist with payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and audit support.

*Requirements* 

- *Education:* http://B.Com/M.Com. CA Inter/CMA Inter preferred.

- *Experience:* 2-5 years accounting experience, preferably in automobile, dealership, or trading business.

- *Software Skills:* Expert in Tally Prime. Advanced Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas for MIS reports.

- *Compliance Knowledge:* Hands-on experience filing GST returns, and TDS returns independently.

- *Skills:* Accuracy, speed with data entry, good communication in English/Hindi/[Marathi], ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
