About the RoleHomesara Decor is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage the company’s complete accounting operations on Tally Prime, from purchase to sales and all related accounting entries.

The candidate should be capable of handling A–Z accounting independently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end accounting operations in Tally Prime.
• Record and manage purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal and contra entries.
• Prepare and maintain purchase and sales invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and regularly track outstanding balances.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
• Handle day-to-day cash and petty cash entries.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Handle GST-related accounting and documentation.
• Verify invoices and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
• Prepare outstanding, ledger and other accounting reports as required.
• Coordinate with the CA/auditor for accounting, GST and related requirements.
• Ensure all accounting entries are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Additional ResponsibilitiesWhen the accounting workload is completed, the candidate will also assist with catalogue and product data management, including:

• Updating product prices and details.
• Maintaining product master data and SKUs.
• Managing product images and catalogue information.
• Updating digital/catalogue sheets and related data entry.
• Ensuring accuracy of product and pricing information.
• Requirements3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Ability to independently handle complete purchase-to-sales accounting.
• Good knowledge of GST and routine accounting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of accounting activities.
• Experience in retail, trading, furniture, home furnishing or interior products will be an advantage.
