Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to handle billing, commercial documentation, order processing, and day-to-day coordination with various departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in invoicing, packing slips, POs, pick lists, e-way bills, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices and packing slips accurately.
• Prepare and update pick lists.
• Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales POs.
• Prepare and maintain PT files as per company requirements.
• Generate e-way bills and other dispatch-related documents.
• Verify party name, order details, quantity, product details, rates, and other information before generating documents.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, packing slips, POs, pick lists, and PT files.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Production, and Dispatch teams.
• Handle documentation for multiple customers and orders simultaneously.
• Ensure all documents are completed and updated within the required timelines.
• Maintain daily work records and documentation reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Billing, Commercial, Accounts, Sales Coordination, or Documentation.
• Good knowledge of Invoice, Packing Slip, PO, and Pick List preparation.
• Experience with e-way bill generation is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Knowledge of ERP / Billing / Inventory software will be an advantage.
• Good typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and documentation simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates with Garments / Apparel industry experience will be preferred.
