Job Description

Maintain accurate daily accounting records for all HaiDent clinics and the head office.

Record patient payments, clinic collections, expenses, vendor bills and other financial transactions.

Maintain cash books, bank books, ledgers, journals and general accounts.

Reconcile cash, UPI, card payments, bank transfers and other payment methods.

Ensure proper bills, invoices or receipts support all financial transactions.

  • Track daily revenue and collections for each HaiDent branch.
  • Reconcile patient bills with actual payments received.
  • Monitor pending patient payments, instalments, refunds and outstanding balances.
  • Verify discounts, complimentary consultations, treatment packages and other adjustments against approved policies.
  • Prepare daily collection reports and monthly branch-wise revenue statements.
  • Identify discrepancies in collections and coordinate with clinic managers and reception teams to resolve them.
