Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime

• Purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries

• GST working, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B

• GSTR-2B reconciliation and input-tax-credit verification

• TDS calculation, deduction, challan payment and return working

• E-invoicing and e-way bill-related work

• Bank, vendor and customer ledger reconciliation

• Monitoring outstanding receivables and payments

• Preparing accounting data and documents for the CA and audits

• Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documents

• Handling accounts for J.J. Enterprises and its sister concern

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of practical accounting experience

• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to independently manage daily accounts and reconciliations

• Experience in trading, logistics, manufacturing, recycling or a CA firm will be preferred

• Candidates residing in or near South Mumbai will be preferred

• Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter or equivalent practical experience
