Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Required Skills
Client SOA (Statement of Account): Prepare, maintain, and share client statements of accounts.
Payment Follow-up: Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of dues.
Advanced Excel: Proficiency in Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
Reconciliation: Perform client account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in account balances.
Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles, debit and credit entries, and ledger maintenance.
GST Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST, GST invoicing, input tax credit, and GST compliance.
Compliance Knowledge: Basic knowledge of statutory compliance and financial documentation.
Client Billing: Prepare and process client invoices, verify billing details, and ensure accurate and timely billing.
