Job Description
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and customers professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Manage daily cash, UPI, bank transfers, and other payment transactions.
- Prepare and issue invoices, bills, receipts, and payment acknowledgements.
- Maintain daily records of sales, collections, expenses, and payments received.
- Verify payments and update customer accounts and outstanding balances.
- Maintain cash books, payment registers, and daily transaction reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding financial records and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, bills, and other financial documents.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.
