Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Manage leads from initial interaction to deal closure
• Connect with potential buyers and understand their requirements
• Build strong relationships with Channel Partners/Brokers
• Recommend suitable property options to customers
• Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain customer relationships
• Update customer information in CRM
• Track property listings, pricing and market trends
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
👤 What We're Looking For
• 1–7 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, Insurance, or other sales-driven industries
• Strong sales, communication & negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
• Fluent in English; local language is an advantage
• Comfortable with extensive travel across Bangalore
• Willing to work on weekends
• Must own a two-wheeler or car
