Job Description
Job Responsibilities
● Visit assigned ATMs as per the daily schedule.
● Ensure the ATM area and machine are clean and properly maintained.
● Check ATM functioning and report any technical issues immediately.
● Coordinate with the concerned team for cash replenishment and ATM-related issues.
● Maintain proper records of ATM visits, inspections, and activities.
● Ensure ATM security and report any suspicious activity or damage.
● Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and security procedures.
● Handle ATM keys/access cards responsibly as per company policy.
● Submit daily reports to the supervisor.
