Job Description
Prepare Performa Invoices (PI) for customer orders
Generate Final Bills/Invoices accurately and on time
Handle Order Punching and Purchase Order (PO) processing
Prepare Delivery Orders (DO)
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement, freight rates, and delivery schedules
Prepare Quotations for customers as per sales team requirements
Create and manage Sales Orders in the system
Prepare Delivery Challans (DC) for outgoing goods
Maintain accurate records of all documents (PI, PO, DO, invoices, challans)
Follow up on pending orders, dispatches, and documentation
