Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day back office operations.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal team members.
- Send and respond to emails professionally.
- Update and maintain data in Google Sheet.
- Visit to banks, customer locations, or other places for official work when required and coordination as assigned by the company.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Internet Browsing & AI Knowledge.
- Email Handling Knowledge.
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheet.
- Customer Relationship Skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Accounts.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
