Job Description
KYC Online Demat Account Opening
-Mutual fund back office Operation
- Solve for customer financial need states with the help of products.
- Deep understanding of financial products - mutual funds, bonds, corporate fixed deposits, life and non-life insurance, PMS & other wealth services.
- Engage with the customers regularly and conduct their portfolio reviews.
Managing relationships with customers.
Identifying and communicating customer needs.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Resolving customer issues and concerns.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
Note: We are mainly looking for profiles from investment banking, wealth management, and financial services
