Job Offer: Back Office Coordinator (Female)
Company: EduKonnect Overseas Education Institute
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹22,000 per month
Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Back Office Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation support.
- Email Correspondence: Handle professional email communications with students, partners, and internal teams.
- Telephonic Support: Make outbound calls or handle incoming queries periodically as required.
Requirements
- Gender: Female candidate preferred
- Education: 12th Standard pass (Must be from an English Medium background)
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in back-office operations or customer support
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
