Job Description – Back Office Executive Position: Back Office Executive – Service Centre
Industry: Air Conditioning / HVAC / After-Sales Service

Location: Borivali East - Mumbai, Maharashtra
Department: Service / Operations
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and record customer service requests, complaints and enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Create and update service tickets/job cards with accurate customer and AC/product details.
- Coordinate with service technicians and engineers for daily service calls and site visits.
- Allocate service calls to technicians based on location, urgency and availability.
- Follow up with technicians regarding visit status, diagnosis, repair, installation and closure of complaints.
- Maintain records of customer details, equipment model numbers, serial numbers, warranty status and service history.
- Support the Service Manager with administrative and operational activities.
- Required SkillsGood MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling ability.
Educational QualificationGraduate in any discipline preferred.
