Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Person to join our back office team. You will be responsible for entering accurate data into our company systems and keeping our digital files organized.



Key Responsibilities

  • Type data directly into company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Verify information for accuracy before saving it.
  • Update existing records as new information comes in.
  • Organize digital files so they are easy to find.
  • Scan paper documents to convert them into digital files.
  • Keep information confidential according to company security rules.



Requirements

  • Fast typing speed with a very high level of accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, especially with MS Excel or Word.
  • Strong attention to detail to spot typos and errors.
  • Good time-management to meet daily data entry targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
