Job Description
📌 Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Beautician to provide a wide range of beauty services including skincare, hair removal, and basic grooming treatments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, good customer service skills, and the ability to recommend suitable treatments and products.
- 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesPerform beauty services such as:
- Facials (basic & advanced)
- Clean-ups and skin treatments
- Waxing (full body, Rica/normal)
- Threading (eyebrows, upper lips, face)
- Manicure & Pedicure
- Bleach & D-tan services
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools and work area
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services
- Upsell salon packages, memberships, and products
- Maintain client records and service history
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat visits
- 🎯 Skills RequiredKnowledge of skin types and treatments
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Sales and upselling ability
- Hygiene & safety awareness
- Basic knowledge of beauty products (e.g. L'Oréal, O3+, VLCC)
- 🎓 QualificationCertification/Diploma in Beautician Course
- Training from recognized institutes like VLCC Institute or Lakmé Academy preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in salon/spa
- 💰 Salary Range₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Incentives on services and product sales
- ⏰ Working Hours9–10 hours shift
- Weekly off (weekday)
- Weekend availability required
