Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Brew Masters- Fresher & Sr. Brew Masters- Experienced to join our coffee shop team. The Brew Masters will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.
- Take customer orders accurately and process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
- Recommend beverages and food items based on customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, tables, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as required.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure beverages and food items are presented attractively and served promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock preparation.
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods.
