Job Description
- Identify and engage potential customers to source credit card applications through designated sourcing location, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- • Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable credit card products aligned with eligibility and lifestyle
- • Meet monthly sourcing targets and contribute to team goals. Track performance metrics and report progress regularly.
- •Maintain excellent relationship with customers and stakeholders.
- •Ensuring good customer experience - Prompt solution, accurate information, addressing queries etc.
- •Have a good understanding of the Credit card offering, features, benefits and usage guidelines (detail training will be provided)
- •Use customer reference and network to close deals
- •Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
