Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, articulate and commercially driven Female Business Development Manager who can develop new business opportunities, build corporate relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting Planetcare's ESG, sustainability, carbon, environmental consulting and technology solutions to corporates, MSMEs, manufacturing companies, institutions and other high-emission industries.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with CXOs, promoters, plant heads, sustainability heads, HR/administration teams, procurement teams and government/institutional stakeholders.


  • Business Development & SalesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across India.
  • Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, LinkedIn, references, industry associations, events and corporate relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate Planetcare solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with the technical team.
  • Negotiate and close business deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

PAN India Travel is required as and when needed.
