We’re Hiring – Cafe Front Desk Executive
We are looking for a well-presented, enthusiastic and responsible Front Desk Executive for our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge of food items and menu.
- Handling guest interactions and providing excellent customer service.
- Taking orders and punching KOTs accurately into the POS system.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth order execution.
- Managing billing and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS and KOT operations.
- Friendly, proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
