Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-Monitor CCTV cameras across all outlets.
-Identify and report theft, misconduct, safety issues, and operational irregularities.
-Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
-Review CCTV footage as required and maintain incident records.
-Coordinate with HR and Area Managers regarding employee-related issues.
-Prepare daily/weekly CCTV observation reports.
-Ensure cameras are working properly and report technical issues.
Requirements:
-Good observation and communication skills.
-Basic computer knowledge.
-CCTV monitoring experience preferred.
-Ability to work in shifts.
