🚨 URGENT HIRING – Cinepolis Associate

Designation: Cinepolis Associate

Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai

Industry: Cinema / Entertainment

Experience: Freshers can apply

Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate

  • 💰 Salary & BenefitsCTC: ₹20,000 per month
  • In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000 per month

  • 📋 Job ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers and provide excellent customer service at all cinema contact points.
  • Handle ticket booking and ticket counter operations.
  • Assist customers with ushering, seating arrangements, and auditorium guidance.
  • Support Food & Beverage (F&B) sales and service.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth movie-going experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and service standards within the cinema.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • ⏰ Shift DetailsAll 3 shifts are applicable, including the late-night shift.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • ✅ Eligibility CriteriaFreshers are welcome to apply.
  • HSC pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must be comfortable with rotational and late-night shifts.
