Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage piling foundation work at construction sites.
• Handle bored cast-in-situ piling operations using hydraulic rotary piling rigs.
• Monitor pile drilling, reinforcement cage installation, tremie concreting and pile casting.
• Maintain daily progress reports, pile records, concrete consumption and drilling logs.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants and clients.
• Ensure piling work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor manpower, machinery, materials and daily site productivity.
• Identify site issues related to soil conditions, hard rock, pile depth and equipment operation, and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with site safety procedures.
• Prepare daily work reports and coordinate with the billing team for measurement and quantity verification.
• Required SkillsPractical experience in piling and foundation work.
• Knowledge of pile drawings, reinforcement details and concrete requirements.
• Ability to manage site workers, equipment operators and daily work schedules.
• Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in Mumbai.
