Client Relationship Manager

The C.R.M owns everything after the order: indents, placements, tracking updates, PODs, bills and collections for a set of

accounts. The client gets one conversation, not three follow-ups. You are introduced to the client the day the deal closes

and you keep that client for life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take over each new account from sales after the first loads;

be the client's single conversation from indent to POD.

Confirm daily indents, placements and transit status

proactively — before the client asks.

Run the Order-to-Delivery and Delivery-to-Collection F.M.S

for your accounts.

Send the monthly OTD report to every corridor client, good or

bad.

Log every client issue with a service ticket; own it to Fixed /

Alternative accepted / Regret.

Spot new lanes, plants and volumes at your accounts and

hand them to the sales desk.

3–6 years in client servicing, key-account operations or

transport/CFS customer desk.

Calm on the phone with plant logistics heads and accounts

teams; fluent Hindi and English.

Disciplined record-keeper on Google Sheets, WhatsApp and

email.

Service mindset: you would rather anticipate the call than

answer it.
