How we work

• No departments. There are no sales, back-office or account-opening silos. Everyone does both client-facing and operations work, while leaning into what they do best.
• No assigned client books. The whole team serves every client, so no client is ever left waiting on one person.
• No sales targets or sales-linked incentives. You're measured on the quality of service, not on what you sell.

What you'll do

• Be someone any client of the practice can rely on. Handle requests with speed, discretion and a personal touch.
• Stay in regular touch with clients through check-ins, milestone greetings and timely updates, so they hear from us before they need to call us.
• Own client requests end to end, from a smooth onboarding to prompt resolution of every query after that.
• Listen for life events and family financial needs, such as a maturity, a property sale or a child's education, and flag them to the team so the client's review addresses them.
• Help prepare yearly client reviews and events with the right data, so every meeting ends with a clear next step.
• Process transactions and service requests across mutual funds, PMS, AIF, NPS and insurance: investments, redemptions, SIPs, switches, KYC, bank and nominee updates, and transmission cases. You'll have full guidance from the team while you learn.
• Coordinate with fund houses, registrars, banks and platform partners, and keep client records accurate, confidential and audit-ready.
• Share client feedback and recurring pain points, and suggest improvements as the practice grows.
• Serve clients well enough that they introduce family and friends on their own, and make those introductions feel welcome.

Who we're looking for

You should ideally have 4+ years in client servicing, operations or back-office work, in any industry, handling documentation and service requests for high-value clients, with a record of closing requests accurately and within committed timelines. This could look like:

• Home loan, LAP or LAS operations at a DSA, NBFC or bank (login, documentation, disbursement coordination)
• CRM or post-sales documentation for luxury real estate developers
• Premium or priority banking service desks
• Insurance policy servicing or operations for HNI customers
• Mutual fund distributor back-office support
• Client servicing roles at brokerages, private banks or family offices

What matters far more than the industry on your resume is whether clients and colleagues trust you to get things right the first time. You'll fit in here if you ask 'why' before 'how', own up to a mistake before anyone else finds it, and are as happy when a colleague gets the credit as when you do.
