Collection Executive

Position: Collection Executive – Field Collections

Location: Chembur / Santacruz / Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Job Type: Full Time | Field Job

Job Responsibilities:

• Review assigned branch NPA client accounts and overdue cases.
• Visit/contact customers regarding overdue payments and NPA accounts.
• Inform customers about their overdue status and explain repayment requirements.
• Educate customers about the impact of overdue payments on credit bureau records.
• Advise customers on suitable repayment and payment options.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment and recovery.
• Negotiate suitable payment plans/settlements wherever required.
• Deliver and communicate notices/warnings to defaulting customers.
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate customer payment and collection records.
• Submit daily collection reports to the Collection Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers can be considered; experienced candidates should have minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Candidates from any product background can be considered.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Patience, resilience and willingness to work in the field.
• Candidates should demonstrate honesty and integrity.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday and 4th Saturday
• Travel Radius: Up to 20 KM
• Travel Allowance: ₹100 per day, maximum ₹3,500 per month
• Salary: Up to ₹23,000 CTC
• Approx. Take-Home: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• No joining fee or deposit required.
