Job Description

* Prepare and accurately weigh ingredients

* Assist with ice cream and gelato production

* Follow recipes, production processes and SOPs

* Prepare, portion and manage production batches

* Fill, pack, label and date-code ice cream tubs

* Operate and clean ice cream production equipment

* Clean and maintain workstations, utensils and equipment

* Handle stock and ensure ingredients are stored correctly

* Receive and check raw materials and supplies

* Maintain temperature and production records

* Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
