To manage the day-to-day operations of the Fun Café by ensuring efficient food and beverage preparation, quality service, hygiene, food safety, inventory control, and a positive customer experience, in line with company standards.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Food & Beverage OperationsPrepare and serve food and beverages as per approved menu, recipes, and company standards.
• Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all food items.
• Follow standard operating procedures for food preparation and service.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served within the expected turnaround time.
• Maintain the required availability of food, beverages, packaging, and other café essentials.
• 2. Customer ServiceGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance with menu items.
• Handle customer queries and service-related concerns professionally.
• Ensure a positive customer experience at the Fun Café.
• 3. Hygiene & Food SafetyMaintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness.
• Ensure the food preparation and serving areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
• Follow food safety, storage, temperature, and handling guidelines.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitisation of equipment and work areas.
• Follow company guidelines for safe handling of food and beverages.
• 4. Inventory & Stock ManagementSupport daily stock checking and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices as applicable.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
• Report shortages, wastage, damaged items, or expired products to the reporting manager.
• Minimise food wastage through proper preparation and portion control.
• 5. Cashiering & Billing SupportOperate the billing/POS system as assigned.
• Ensure correct billing and collection from customers.
• Maintain accuracy in cash/card/digital transactions.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling and reconciliation.
• Immediately report any billing or cash discrepancies to the reporting manager.
