Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef (Commi 1 / 2 / 3) to join our cloud kitchen team. The candidate should have good knowledge of Fast Food cuisine and be responsible for food preparation, kitchen hygiene, inventory management, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Passion for cooking, cleanliness, and maintaining consistent food quality is important for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook fast food items as per recipes and quality standards.

Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.

Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.

Assist with ingredient ordering and receiving supplies.

Check the quality and freshness of raw materials.

Follow proper food storage and FIFO practices.

Strictly follow kitchen SOPs and food safety guidelines.

Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.

Keep kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas clean.

Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.

Requirements:

Education: 12th Pass

English: Basic English

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Experience in Hotels & Restaurants / Hotels preferred.

Good knowledge of Fast Food cuisine.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering.

Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and SOPs.

Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.

Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.

Shift: Day (Full Time)

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month
